Mandatum plc announced on 11 December 2023 that the company has decided to merge its wholly-owned subsidiary Mandatum Holding Ltd into Mandatum plc, by way of a subsidiary merger, in accordance with the Finnish Companies Act. The background for the merger decision was the simplification of Mandatum’s group structure.
As planned, Mandatum Holding Ltd has merged into Mandatum plc on 30 April 2024. The merger has no impact on Mandatum Group's business operations.
